To help ensure the safety and security of our patients, visitors and staff, we are implementing a new identification badge process for all outpatients visiting our facility. Beginning on Monday, February 16, 2026, all outpatients will be required to display a valid photo ID upon entering the hospital either at the Main Lobby Desk for Outpatient Therapy or at the Outpatient Clinic Receptionist directly to your left as you enter the Hoffman Entrance. A printed badge with your photo, first name, last initial and location of your appointment will be displayed on the badge. More information here:
Therapy and Rehabilitation
Our outpatient rehabilitation provides therapy services to anyone requiring physical, occupational and/or speech therapy. Therapy services are often coordinated with other services on an inpatient and outpatient basis as needed. Physical, occupational and speech/language therapists treat those who have had or are recovering from an illness, surgery or an injury. From a simple ankle sprain to a life changing injury, we provide a comprehensive evaluation and work with you and your primary care physician to provide individualized one-on-one care that reaches your goals and gets you back to what you love.
From basic traditional therapy, to therapy using high tech equipment, our therapists teach you coordination and strengthening techniques and help you to continue practicing your skills at home.
