Requirements
- Fluent in English
- 18 years of age or older
- Complete flu vaccination
- Interview required
- Must pass criminal background check, health screening
- Must have a uniform – navy blue scrubs and closed toe shoes
Program Costs
Classes provided at no cost. Students required to purchase texts, uniforms, background check, and the examination fee.
CNA Academy Application
Interested individuals can apply to attend the Certified Nursing Assistant Academy. Upon submission, you will receive an email from the academy coordinator to schedule a phone interview. Please allow a few days for the reply.
