Hospital for Special Care has received a Top Workplace Culture Excellence Award as a Woman-Led Top Workplace
October 20, 2023Hospital for Special Care has received a Top Workplace Culture Excellence Award as a Woman-Led Top Workplace for the second consecutive year. Winners of the Top Workplaces awards list are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey, issued by Energage.
The Woman-Led Top Workplaces Award celebrates outstanding organizations with senior women leaders. These leaders have fostered and built stand-out workplace cultures that perform. “This recognition reflects the outstanding collaboration of all leaders within the HFSC community,” said Lynn Ricci, FACHE, president and chief executive officer. “Our staff’s expertise, guidance and support has helped make this moment possible – and has been a key factor in sustaining excellence at HFSC through the years.”
Hospital for Special Care earned the 2023 Top Workplaces USA award earlier this year, as well as the Top Workplaces Regional Award for the eleventh consecutive year.
