Accomplishing Great Things
Nicole was a soccer player, and sustained an injury on the field. At first, the injury appeared relatively benign, but over time she developed neurologic impairments that have impacted her strength and coordination.
Our physical therapists work with Nicole to regain strength and mobility, but her journey is still ongoing. This hasn’t impacted Nicole’s determined spirit, however, “It’s amazing how when you put hard work and determination together, you’re able to accomplish great things.”
Her experience has inspired her to work towards a degree in health science, where she can use the knowledge she has gained as a patient to better serve patients in the future. “In the end, patients need quality care, that will help them achieve their dreams.”
