New Patient Badge Process
February 4, 2026To help ensure the safety and security of our patients, visitors and staff, we are implementing a new identification badge process for all outpatients visiting our facility. Beginning on Monday, February 16, 2026, all outpatients will be required to display a valid photo ID upon entering the hospital either at the Main Lobby Desk for Outpatient Therapies or at the Outpatient Clinic Receptionist directly to your left as you enter the Hoffman Entrance. A printed badge with your photo, first name, last initial and location of your appointment will be displayed on the badge.
What this means for you:
- Please allow a few extra minutes during check-in while your badge is printed
- Please wear your badge so it is visible at all times while in the building
- You may be asked by staff to confirm that you have your badge and that it remains visible
Your privacy remains very important to us. The badge will only contain the minimum information needed for identification and safety purposes.
