Reeve – RxRelax Adaptive Yoga Land Class
Join us for this wonderful experience on land and give your body a different experience than that from in the water. All levels of experience welcome. Wear comfortable clothing, no yoga gear required. This session takes place every Thursday from November 1st through December 20th, and is a part of the the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation RxRelax Fellowship Program.
