Community Events

Powerful Tools for Caregivers is an evidence-based class to help caregivers take better care of themselves while caring for a friend or relative. By taking care of your own health and well-being, you become a better caregiver. Six class sessions held once a week on Thursday's, are led by experienced class leaders. Space is limited, please reserve your spot. There is a $30 fee to cover the cost of materials to be provided before the first session.
