PoWEr through Parkinsons – Autumn Social Gathering
A support group for people with Parkinson’s Disease designed to increase connection and expand knowledge on managing the disease. Participants will have the opportunity to share and learn from others living with PD, as well as providers at Hospital for Special Care and other community members.
