Community Events

Hospital for Special Care has partnered with the Reeve Foundation and Rx Relax to offer free seated yoga classes to anyone in the community. Come join in stretching, movement, and breathing exercises to promote health and reduce stress. All welcome! All movements are performed while seated in a chair or wheelchair. No experience or equipment necessary. RSVP with interest.
