Hospital for Special Care has partnered with the Reeve Foundation and Rx Relax to offer free seated yoga classes to the community. Join in stretching, movement, and breathing exercises to promote health and reduce stress.

• No experience or equipment necessary. All welcome!
• All movements are performed while seated in a chair or wheelchair
