Deep Water Surprise Aquatics Class
Experience suspended training with a high intensity workout. The class will involve a variety of body positions (vertical, horizontal and diagonal), and may include specific boot camp training drills that utilize the pool wall. All students are required to wear a belt. This session takes place every Friday from January 11th through March 29th.
