Aging and Brain Health – Caregiving

Hospital for Special Care’s Center for Cognitive Health presents free monthly lunch and learn sessions focusing on topics related to cognitive impairment and options for care. Come learn about latest evidence-based practice and how this can benefit your brain health as you age. Presentations are offered in-person or virtually on the first Thursday of every month.

The second installment of our new monthly series will focus on the caregiver. Tien Tang, LCSW with the Center for Cognitive Health will present what caregiving entails, how to avoid burnout, tips to maintain balance and what resources are available to you and your family.

A light lunch will be provided, and staff will be available afterwards to answer questions and provide tours of the hospital. Please RSVP by April 29 as space is limited and registration is required. When calling, please note if you will be attending in-person or remote.
