Our main campus is home to our inpatient units, outpatient physician’s clinics and therapy facility, aquatic therapy and regular pools, and the fitness center.

The Research & Education Center is home to our outpatient Autism Center. It has a large gymnasium, work-out areas and is home to many of our Adaptive Sports Program teams. Many of our lectures, and special events will take place here.

The 23-bed satellite unit provides additional treatment and services for patients requiring 24-hour nursing care and/or rehabilitative services for their medically-complex conditions and health needs.
Located at Daniels Farm in Middletown, Manes & Motions serves individuals with physical, emotional or cognitive special needs. We are set on thirteen acres of pasture and feature an indoor riding facility, two outdoor arenas and a beautiful wooded trail for riding.
