NEW BRITAIN, Conn. (Jul. 15, 2019) – The Joy of Art! program at Hospital for Special Care hosted its 16th  Annual Juried Art Competition with an opening reception Thursday, Jun. 27, 2019. The exhibition is open to the public and will run until Oct. 24, 2019.
