Billing and Financial Services
Our Patient Account Representatives are here to help you and your family with your healthcare billing and financials. We participate in most insurance networks and will file your claim for services with your authorization to assign the benefits to the hospital. Co-Pays or deposits may be requested prior to the rendering of elective services. What is not covered by insurance is the responsibility of the patient, guarantor or designated responsible party. Our admission and registration staff will work with you to verify health insurance benefits and any amounts you are responsible for prior to admission/first visit. We want you to be fully able to consider the financial impact of your inpatient admission or outpatient visits.
Financial assistance may be available whether or not you meet income guidelines and/or have been denied Medicaid benefits. Eligibility criteria will be based on the annual update of the Health and Human Services Poverty Guidelines published in the Federal Register. To be considered for financial assistance, please complete an application and provide required documentation of income and assets.
