Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body: Tips from the Latest Research

Our monthly Aging and Brain Health Lunch & Learns, hosted by our Center of Cognitive Health, are back! April's session will feature an education program presented by the Alzheimer's Association.

The public is invited to attend the event, Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body: Tips from the Latest Research. Join us in-person or via Zoom to learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement, and use hands-on tools to help you incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging. In-person attendees will be able to enjoy a light lunch and offered tours after.
