Early Learning Center

Our Early Learning Center offers high quality care for the children, infant through preschool age, of Hospital for Special Care employees and community members. Our goal is to nurture, guide and encourage your child so that they can develop towards their potential. We understand the importance of each child’s unique developmental growth and their individual needs. Our teachers create a well-balanced program of developmentally appropriate play-based activities that promote your child’s intellectual, emotional, social and physical growth.

We believe early learning happens best through play. Your child will be encouraged to explore, ask questions, create, adapt and engage in new activities and interact with the other children and adults.

Building a Partnership

Good communication between you, your child and our staff is important to us. We all share the same goal of providing your child the best learning and growing environments. That’s why we aim to create trusting and positive relationships and have many methods of keeping you involved with your child’s care.

Program Highlights:

  • Care4Kids grant funded program sponsored by the Connecticut Office of Early Childhood helps support costs for families in need
