Manes & Motions Therapeutic Riding lessons are offered during our spring, summer, and fall program sessions and are staffed by PATH Intl.-certified instructors. Participants four years of age and older and living with a disability are welcome to apply to the program. To apply to one of our programs, prospective participants or their parents/legal guardians must first complete the required application forms and return them to Manes & Motions.
Please note, the Medical History Form MUST be signed by a physician; faxed forms are not accepted. An evaluation will be scheduled to assess participant eligibility. Admission into the program depends on the participant's ability to take part in equine activities in a safe and meaningful manner, provided an instructor, horse, volunteers, and class available which meet the participant's needs. Staff will then establish short and long-term goals and objectives based on the individuals needs. Program participants are re-evaluated periodically to assess their progress.
The Manes & Motions staff is available to answer any of your questions and throughout the application and enrollment process. Please feel free to call Manes & Motions at 860.685.0008 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
