Manes & Motions instructors are all certified through PATH Intl., an international organization that regulates and sets standards for the therapeutic riding industry.
In order to become PATH Intl. certified, an instructor must prove his or her competency, knowledge of horsemanship, instructional techniques, disability awareness, safety awareness, and PATH Intl. standards through a standardized exam. All instructors are required to maintain current CPR and first aid certifications as well as continuing education hours. Many of our instructors have strong backgrounds in other fields related to working with the various client populations served at Manes & Motions.
