The Vacation Venture Kids Camp Counselor in Training (CIT) program provides 14 and 15 year olds with a meaningful way to spend the summer.

 

Enrolling in the Vacation Venture Kids Camp as a CIT will allow 14 and 15 year olds to engage in many fun-filled activities while assisting the camp staff in leading groups of campers during activities.

This is a great opportunity for CITs to build leadership skills and gain some of the knowledge and skills needed to be a camp counselor.

Prospective CITs must complete a CIT Application, provide references and be available to attend CIT orientation if selected for enrollment.

A minimum commitment of 2 days per week for a minimum of four weeks during the summer session is required to participate.

Limited space is available. CIT positions are available during the summer session only. Applicants will be screened and selected based on suitability. Priority for enrollment in the CIT program will be given to children or grandchildren of HSC/HSC Satellite employees.
