Professional Development - Every year, students from the Northeast choose Hospital for Special Care for their clinical training because of our national reputation for the highest quality of rehabilitation and treatment of chronic disease. We are affiliated with more than sixty colleges and universities that utilize our hospital as a clinical rotation site for their students. We are dedicated to enhancing the knowledge and training of our own staff as well as others in the healthcare field who share our mission.
Employee Development Services (EDS) - Employee Development Services delivers high quality services in partnership with management and staff to hire, develop and retain a world-class team of diverse leaders and professionals to carry out the vision, mission and values of Hospital for Special Care. EDS is responsible for all hospital recruitment activities, employee relations, non-clinical training and development.
