Therapeutic riding lessons are designed with the participant’s educational, physical, social and/or recreational goals in mind. Each lesson may include warm-up, exercise, activities, games, skill development, and review. Classes may be individual or in a group setting. In addition to riding lessons participants also take part in unmounted stable activities. These provide participants a chance to learn other equine-assisted activities that will enhance their horsemanship skills.
