Required: Master’s degree in related field; established HR leader with 10+ years of Generalist experience partnering with, guiding and influencing mid-level to c-suite level business leaders regarding their people practices; prior experience across the spectrum of HR management including recruitment, coaching and mentoring, performance management, rewards and recognition processes, employee relations, compensation & benefits, training and strategic planning; demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, communications and consultative skills. Prior experience managing multi-site health-care facilities preferred. The Vice President of Human Resources provides comprehensive strategic leadership of all aspects of Human Resources in support of the Hospital’s overall vision, mission, and values. This individual will partner with senior management to ensure that the organization’s goals are clearly aligned and communicated for maximum effectiveness. The individual champions the HR function as it evolves and matures to best contribute to the organization, build infrastructure, best practice and best in class tools, programs and talent to meet the needs of this highly regarded mission driven enterprise.
