Outcomes: Brain Injury

The Brain Injury program is a continuum of care and includes inpatient and outpatient services. For the timeframe identified there were a total of 24 patients referred to our Outpatient Brain Injury program for therapy.

Total Annual Visits FY 12 = 448

Average visits per referral were 19.5
