Each of our five classrooms is staffed with a Teacher, Associate Teacher and in some classes a part-time Assistant. In addition to our regular staff, there are several per diem Assistant Teachers working in the center who work on an as needed basis to cover staff time off. Our highly qualified and professional staff work together and with families to carefully plan a program of activities designed to meet the specific needs of the children on an individual basis. In addition to maintaining certifications to administer first aid, CPR and emergency medications, all staff participate in a wide variety of professional development workshops & seminars to reinforce developmentally appropriate practices and ensure that they are familiar with the most current trends in early childhood education. The knowledge and experiences gained through these opportunities help staff to create a rich learning environment and enhance the experiences provided to the children.
